Ray founded Neon Peach to build software end to end, both the studio's own products and the work it takes on for clients. He architects and ships across the stack, from Next.js and Node.js front ends to Firebase back ends, REST APIs, and LLM integrations.
Much of the work is agentic: multi-step reasoning, tool use, and decision logic, held together by prompt-engineering frameworks that keep outputs consistent and structured. As a mathematical statistician with more than 70 peer-reviewed publications, he brings that same rigor to how the products are measured and validated.
