Training

AI training for researchers, analysts, and teams

Live, hands-on, and built around real files and real workflows. Each course is organized by what you can do when it ends, not by how it is labeled. Public cohorts have a fixed seat price. Private sessions are quoted per team.

Public cohorts

AI for Researchers and Analysts

Two 90-minute live sessions plus a workbook

Level 1

Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini for analytic work. You leave knowing how to get reliable output on data and document tasks and how to keep private data private.

  • Prompting for data tasks, tables, and documents
  • Privacy, data governance, and what never goes in a chat window
  • When to trust the output and how to check it

$199per seat

Claude Code for Analysts

Three 2-hour live sessions with a capstone

Level 2

Move from chat to a reproducible pipeline. You build a cleaning-to-report workflow on a practice dataset and leave with it running on your own machine.

  • Setup, CLAUDE.md, commands, and skills
  • A data cleaning, analysis, and reporting pipeline you can rerun
  • Version control basics so the work is not lost

$795per seat

Agentic Systems and Skills Engineering

Four 2-hour live sessions, small cohort

Level 3

How multi-agent systems are designed, tested, and kept under control. Built on Foreman, Blueprint, and Solution Tournament, the open-source skills Neon Peach maintains.

  • Orchestration patterns and model routing by cost
  • Evals, checkers, and prompt-injection defenses
  • Writing skills a team can run without you

$1,395per seat

Ship an App with AI

Two full days or four evenings

Build track

Take one idea from blank folder to a working app. Choose the iOS track (SwiftUI, StoreKit, TestFlight) or the web track (Next.js or Astro, Firebase, Stripe, production deploy).

  • Scope the MVP so it actually ships
  • Build with an AI coding agent and review its work
  • Submit to TestFlight or deploy to production

$649per seat

Private and team training

Build

Websites, iOS apps, and SaaS platforms

Fixed prices where the scope is known. Ranges where it depends on you. Anything above a studio site starts with a discovery sprint so the quote you get is the price you pay.

Websites

Launch page

One week

One page, copy support, analytics, contact form, deployed on Netlify or Vercel.

$750 to $1,500

Studio site

Two to three weeks

Five to eight pages on Astro or Next.js, a CMS you can edit, SEO and AI-search basics, performance tuned.

$2,500 to $6,000

Site with integrations

Four to eight weeks

Everything in a studio site plus booking, Stripe payments or subscriptions, CRM and email automation, member areas, or a custom API.

$6,000 to $15,000

Care plan

Any site Neon Peach built

Hosting, updates, small changes, and a monthly report.

$150 to $500per month

iOS apps

App Store MVP

Six to ten weeks

Three to five screens, one user role, subscriptions through StoreKit 2, App Store submission handled end to end.

$15,000 to $30,000

Full product

Three to five months

Custom design, backend, push notifications, sharing, admin tools, and an AI feature where it earns its place.

$30,000 to $75,000

App Store rescue

One to two weeks

For apps you built yourself. Fix rejections, migrate to StoreKit 2, add privacy manifests, and get through review.

$1,500 to $4,000

SaaS and applied AI

Product discovery sprint

Two weeks

Review the prototype or idea, define the MVP, confirm the architecture and the per-unit AI cost, and deliver a build-ready PRD with a fixed-price quote.

Credited toward the build if you proceed.

$3,500 to $7,500

SaaS MVP

Four to ten weeks

Multi-user web app with auth, workspaces, Stripe billing, one core workflow, and one AI feature. Deployed and usable, not a prototype.

$25,000 to $60,000

Complete platform

Three to six months

The MVP plus multi-tenant admin, reporting and export, integrations, an AI engine with evals and guardrails, and security hardening.

Delivered in stages. You commit one stage at a time.

$60,000 to $150,000

Companion mobile apps

Add-on stage

iOS and Android apps built from the same codebase as your web platform, with push notifications and store submission.

$30,000 to $50,000

AI engine for an existing product

Four to twelve weeks

Add a guided assistant, document analysis, or code generation to software you already run, with cost routing and a sandboxed execution layer where needed.

$15,000 to $50,000

AI readiness assessment

Two weeks

A review of your team's data, workflows, and risks, with a prioritized pilot plan you can fund.

Five to ten hours a month, async plus one call. Architecture reviews, vendor decisions, and a second opinion before you spend.

$2,000 to $5,000per month

Hourly and change orders

All build work

Out-of-scope requests on any project are handled by written change order at the same senior specialist rate.

$250per hour

Commercial terms

Four ways to structure a build

Research institutes, nonprofits, and early companies are funded differently. Pick the structure that fits how you are resourced. Numbers go in the proposal.

Most common

Fixed price, in stages

A fixed fee per stage. You see working software before committing to the next one. Optional support retainer after launch.

For in-house teams

Fixed price with handover

Same build, plus source code, documentation, infrastructure-as-code, a runbook, and a 30-day warranty. Your team runs it from there.

Shared upside

Reduced fee plus revenue share

A lower build fee in exchange for a capped share of net platform revenue over a fixed term.

Mission-driven

Stipend plus revenue share

Minimal cash during the build, then a larger revenue share until a set threshold. For grant-funded work where upfront cash has to stay small.

Notes on pricing

How quotes work

Ranges on this page are the floor and the ceiling for a typical project. Your proposal has one number. For anything above a studio site, the discovery sprint sets it.

What is not included

Third-party costs (hosting, App Store and Play accounts, AI usage) are passed through at cost. Content, photography, and new statistical methodology are quoted separately.

Availability

Neon Peach is a small studio and takes on a limited number of builds at a time. Training cohorts are capped so everyone gets hands-on time.

Common questions

What people ask before they email.

How much does AI training cost for a team?
A half-day workshop for up to 15 people is $3,000 to $5,000 and a full day is $5,000 to $8,000. A 90-minute leadership briefing is $2,500 to $4,000. Public seats in a shared cohort start at $199.
Why are your prices published when most studios quote privately?
Because a range tells you in ten seconds whether we are worth a conversation. Most of the cost of hiring a studio is the time spent finding out it was never in your budget.
What does a website cost?
A one-page launch site is $750 to $1,500. A five to eight page site is $2,500 to $6,000. Adding booking, payments, a CRM, or member accounts puts it at $6,000 to $15,000.
How much does an iOS app cost?
An App Store MVP with three to five screens and subscriptions is $15,000 to $30,000, and a full product with a backend and admin tools is $30,000 to $75,000. If you already built an app and it keeps getting rejected, the fix is usually $1,500 to $4,000.
What is a discovery sprint and why does it cost money?
Two weeks spent defining the MVP, confirming the architecture, and measuring the per-unit AI cost, ending in a build-ready PRD and a fixed-price quote. It costs money because it is real work, and it is credited toward the build if you proceed.
Do you work with clients outside Atlanta?
Yes. The studio is in Atlanta and works remotely with clients across the United States. Training is delivered live over Zoom or in person in metro Atlanta.
Who does the work?
Ray W. Shiraishi, Ph.D., a mathematical statistician with more than 70 peer-reviewed publications who has shipped two App Store apps and a production AI platform. There is no account manager and no handoff.
